the marketing and sales activities, human resources management, investor relations. The entrepreneurial spirit has been a constant in my life since then.
Biography
My professional age is 33 years old. The Engineer was born at the Romanian Revolution in 1989 when I graduated the Polytechnics University in Iasi. I started my career in 1989 as the Chief of Electrical Department and deputy Chief of STATIA DE TURBOCOMPRESOARE GAZE NATURALE (Turbo-Compressors station).The gas industry has always been a very strategic field and requires a lot of responsibility and accuracy in execution of work, especially from the standpoint of my work, automation processes and electricity.
The next step in my career, and continuous to be to these days is entrepreneurship and project management within European Projects.

As experience, I’ve learnt a lot about how to manage an entire business, from technical precision, to building the marketing and sales activities, human resources management, investor relations. The entrepreneurial spirit has been a constant in my life since then.
My next step was in a new and modern field of activity in Romania, the Rehabilitation and extension of water supply systems and wastewater management, carried out within European Projects (PLG 02, TR-CL7, TR-CL3, MS-SG&CS-YB04).
From 2010 until now, i’ve been managing 6 projects in various parts of Romania, from Focsani, Alexandria, Galati, Sighisoara, Cristuru Secuiesc, Rosiori de Vede, Turnu Magurele. The projects were implemented and delivered successfully to the communities.
My work consisted in managing the whole project, from the overall coordination of the design team, obtaining the authorisations, creating the timelines of execution (Microsoft Project), planning of resources, analysis and planning of cash-flow, the collaboration contracts of personnel in various forms, hydro-mechanical project design (montage, PIF, testing of various components-pumps, ozone, water treating etc), electrical projects, automation, SCADA implementation, keeping up to date all the technical and finance data.
Always living and working at the construction site, i was able to fulfil all the demands of the projects with a sense of pride and a very close relationship with the communities of the villages, who benefited for the first time of clean water and a better standard of living.
