My base line practice areas are corporate and real estate, being involved both in day-to-day support of out clients’ operations as well as in specific development projects. Moreover, in the last 5 years, due to the emerging of the blockchain technology and the increase in the number of projects from the crypto and IT&C industry, Stelian is currently
supporting several well established platforms which offer services in areas such as food delivery, mass conferencing, video calling, crypto and stock trading, minting of NFTs and big data processing.
Biography
I am a Romanian and English law qualified lawyer, being a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2008, a member of the Law Society of England and Wales since 2011 and a member of the Global Blockchain Consortium since 2018.
I hold a law degree from the University of Bucharest, an LL.M. degree in Banking and Financial Regulations from University College London, as well as a Business Administration degree from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
